Skilled Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter – GCC Project

We are seeking experienced carpenters for a large‑scale commercial construction project in the GCC region. This is a direct‑hire opportunity through our registered recruiting partner, Global Management Consultant (RA ID: RA8748). Candidates will be responsible for reading blueprints, constructing and assembling formwork, installing framing, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The project offers competitive wages, accommodation, medical insurance, and transport provided by the employer. Visa and work‑permit processing will be handled by the employer’s authorised sponsor. Only candidates with proven experience and a valid trade certificate need apply. No recruitment fees are charged to the candidate – all costs are borne by the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Build and erect formwork for concrete pouring.
• Install wooden and metal framing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a carpenter in commercial construction.
• Valid trade certificate or apprenticeship completion (preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions and lift heavy materials.
• Good command of English or basic Arabic for site communication.
• Must be willing to work 6‑day weeks and overtime when required.
