  • You are duly authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you represent.
  • All information, documents, and job postings submitted through the Platform are accurate, complete, and not misleading.

8. FEES, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

8.1 General Fee Policy

  • We may charge fees for job postings, featured listings, employer subscriptions, recruitment services, candidate services (only where legally permitted), visa/documentation assistance, and other premium services.
  • All fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
  • Payment does not guarantee employment, recruitment, visa approval, or any outcome.

  • MySafeJobs does not operate a generic “pay‑to‑apply” model. Ordinary access to genuine job listings and applications should remain free.
  • Any candidate fee must be:

    • Legally permitted in the relevant jurisdiction;
    • Transparently disclosed with a clear description of the service;
    • Supported by an appropriate invoice or receipt;
    • Separate from government fees and third‑party fees.

  • Where a statutory fee ceiling applies (e.g., Indian overseas recruitment), the platform will reference the maximum amount prescribed by applicable law, with current fee limits maintained by authorised administrators.

8.3 Employer Fees

  • Employer subscriptions and job‑posting fees are charges for platform or recruitment services and do not guarantee that a vacancy will be filled.
  • Employers remain responsible for all legal obligations relating to recruitment, employment, wages, immigration, and workplace conditions.

8.4 Recruitment Partner Fees

  • Recruitment partner subscription or platform fees are separate from any statutory recruitment fee, employer fee, or candidate fee. The platform does not imply that a subscription grants a legal recruitment licence.

8.5 Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the applicable contract, consumer law, and whether the service has already been performed.
  • Government fees and third‑party fees are generally non‑refundable where the relevant authority does not refund them.
  • No refund policy may remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8.6 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of an account or subscription does not automatically cancel outstanding legal, payment, tax, privacy, or contractual obligations.
  • Data may be retained where legally required.

9. VISA & IMMIGRATION DISCLAIMER

  • Where MySafeJobs or an affiliated business provides visa, immigration, or documentation assistance, such services may be governed by separate service agreements.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval, immigration approval, work permit issuance, entry permission, or residence permission – all decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
  • Visa requirements, processing times, and eligibility criteria may change without notice.
  • You are responsible for providing complete and truthful information and documents. False or misleading information may lead to refusal, cancellation, or legal consequences.
  • Payment of a visa‑service or documentation fee does not mean that a visa will be approved.
  • Where regulated immigration advice is required, services should be provided only by appropriately authorised professionals where required by the law of the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A job offer does not automatically provide a legal right to work – you may require a work permit, employment authorisation, sponsorship, or residence permit before commencing employment.
